Dennis Family Group Director, Grant Dennis hosted the night and spoke to the recipients about the importance of the Community Fund program.

A recent trial of using electronic online technology for land sales contracts at Modeina has been declared a resounding success with the program becoming a permanent option for customers.

Caroline Dwyer, Dennis Family Corporation’s Victorian Sales and Marketing Manager, said the e-contracts made the whole buying process easier for customers who participated in the trial.

“Contracts were signed using an iPad and exchanged before our clients even left the office,” she explained.

“Overall, the process worked very well.”

More than forty future Modeina residents attended an information night held at the Land Sales Office in late July.

As customers still in the early stages of planning their new homes, the attendees were interested in learning more about the garden landscaping offer, Opticomm and other estate news.

Jake Dorko is planning to build a new home at Modeina and found attending the information evening a useful way to meet other owners and follow up any queries with the Modeina Sales Team.

“The evening was a great opportunity for newly titled owners to meet,” said Jake.
