The Modeina Creekside Offer

Purchasers of Creekside lots are offered a free landscape design consultation with the expert design team from Ian Barker Gardens. They’ll work together with purchasers to ensure a beautifully bespoke front landscape, which complements the style of your home while fitting within the Modeina design and landscape guidelines.

Clients will then partner with Ian Barker Gardens to bring the design to life at their own cost, or choose to do their own landscaping.

The Modeina Offer

Purchasers of lots at Modeina have the option to choose one of eight individual front garden designs from the collection that’s been exclusively created by Ian Barker Gardens.

Your selection will be completed by a qualified landscape gardener, including quarterly maintenance for 12 months.
