T: I started looking for a new home in 2022 because I wanted more space and a location that better suited my lifestyle.
Buying land and building felt like the best option because it allowed me to create a space tailored to my needs and preferences. It also offered the chance to design my ideal home.
Why Modeina?
T: I was attracted to Modeina because of its friendly community, convenient amenities and peaceful suburban vibe. It seems like a great place to live and enjoy life.
What’s your timeline to build and move in?
T: My timeline to build and move in is about 24 months. I plan to finalise the design and permits in the first few months, then begin construction.
What do you like about the area?
T: It’s very peaceful and it’s full of nature. The local parks and recreational spaces are great for outdoor activities. Overall, it’s just a great place to live in.
What would you say to other people considering Modeina?
T: It’s a great place to live. It has a friendly community, good amenities and a peaceful atmosphere.
It’s ideal for families and anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
