Purchasers of Creekside lots are offered a free landscape design consultation with the expert design team from Ian Barker Gardens. They’ll work together with purchasers to ensure a beautifully bespoke front landscape, which complements the style of your home while fitting within the Modeina design and landscape guidelines.
Purchasers can then decide if they would like to move forward with the design at their own cost.

Purchasers of standard lots at Modeina have the option to choose one of eight individual front garden designs from the collection that’s been exclusively created by Ian Barker Gardens.
Your selection will be completed by a qualified landscape gardener, including quarterly maintenance for 12 months.
