The Dennis Family Corporation is preparing to introduce an annual Community Fund at Modeina, which will allow local not-for-profit groups to make an application for financial grants of either $500 or $1,000.
"Our Community Fund initiatives have been extremely successful at several other developments we have undertaken around Melbourne and have helped make many worthy projects come to life," Modeina Marketing Manager, Melissa Tilley said.
