Road Network
Access to the Western Ring Road via Ballarat Road offers fast connections to Melbourne’s CBD via the West Gate Bridge, or visit Geelong and the Great Ocean Road via the Princes Highway. Tullamarine and the Hume Highway are also easily connected to through the Western Ring Road. Furthermore, a proposed upgrade to the Calder Freeway will provide even more direct freeway access for Modeina residents via the proposed link from Calder Park Drive.

Bus Network
There are plenty of bus options available to Modeina residents including:

Route 456: Melton to Sunshine station picks up residences from the corner of Rockbank Middle Road and Westwood Drive bus stop
Route 426: Caroline Springs to Sunshine Station picks up residences from the corner of Rockbank Middle Road and Westwood Drive bus stop

Train Network
St Albans and Ginifer stations on the Sunbury line are a short drive away, offering commuters access to Melbourne’s CBD within 30 minutes.  The Caroline Springs train station located on Christies Road opened in January 2017.  The station is on the Ballarat line, between the existing Deer Park and Rockbank stations.
