Things are really on the move at Modeina!

Civil construction work is presently under way on Stages 12A, 12C, 14 and 16, which incorporate a total of 100 lots in aggregate. These works are expected to be completed in June 2018, after which work can commence on the expansion of the existing Reserve in Dominion Drive.

The works on Stage 14 include the construction of two new roads – Gates Road and Milano Road – and an extension of Dominion Drive. These new roadways will create access to the future Burnside Primary School within the estate.

On 25th July, the Dennis Family Corporation gained the keenly-awaited planning permit approval from City of Melton Council to develop the remaining land at Modeina. To date, around 250 blocks have been sold through the estate's previous land releases and the balance comprises of approximately 620 further lots.

"Receiving the permit from Council marks a significant milestone for our company, as it will enable us to complete our development of Modeina, which commenced in 2013," Dennis Family Corporation Chief Executive Officer, Peter Levinge said.

Thank you to everyone in the Modeina community for your patience while we awaited the planning permit from the City of Melton Council to develop the remainder of the estate.

We appreciate that there were many people who wanted to make their home here during the period when we have been unable to release any land for sale, but the recent issuing of the permit allows us to now proceed with the remaining development.

This is great news for everyone and happily we can now look forward to commencing the delivery of the balance of the estate.
