To add to the community spirit of the festive season, the Dennis Family Corporation has introduced a Christmas Lights competition at Modeina with the intention of becoming an annual event.
Modeina estate’s first ever Christmas Extravaganza went off with a bang recently as local residents poured into Modeina Estate Park to enjoy the family fun and entertainment that was on offer.

Burnside Children's and Community Centre at Modeina will undergo an exciting million dollar upgrade over the next twelve months, with completion of the works expected by the end of 2018.
The Dennis Family Corporation is preparing to introduce an annual Community Fund at Modeina, which will allow local not-for-profit groups to make an application for financial grants of either $500 or $1,000.
On 25th July, the Dennis Family Corporation gained the keenly-awaited planning permit approval from City of Melton Council to develop the remaining land at Modeina.
