Community Centre

Council will commence construction on the Community Centre expansion prior to Christmas and is due to complete the works in August/September 2018

This will include additional childcare facilities, meeting rooms and an expanded car park.

Stage 16 construction commenced October 2017 and it will be complete mid-2018, soon after Stage 12A and 14 are complete.

Stage 14 construction commenced in September 2017 and is due to be completed in mid-2017. This stage will also include the road delivery around the new school.

Stage 12A construction commenced in September 2017 and is due to be completed mid-2017.

The second stage of the central reserve will be landscaped and completed by Spring 2018, this will include picnic facilities and a kick about area.

Rockbank Middle Road

Rockbank Middle Road is partly complete and now connects with Lexington Drive giving residents of Modeina and alternative entry / exit to the estate.

New Community Facility - Design Complete

Design of the Community Facility at the end of Lexington Drive has been completed and the works are under way. Construction has commenced and the facility is scheduled for completion by the end of December 2015.
